16 juin 2023 – At its meeting of 21 June 2023, the Federal Council opened the consultation on the preliminary draft of the Ordinance on Tobacco Products and Electronic Cigarettes. This preliminary draft specifies the provisions of the new Federal Act on Tobacco Products and Electronic Cigarettes adopted by Parliament on 1 October 2021.
