9 juillet 2023 – UBS Switzerland AG and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) AG acted as Joint Lead Arrangers and Underwriters for the financing of Capvis’ acquisition of a majority stake in Lucerne-based Schurter Group, a premium developer and manufacturer of electronic components, input systems and sophisticated integrated electronic solutions. The transaction successfully closed on 6 April 2023 and the full guarantor accession process has been completed on 5 July 2023.
