31 janvier 2024 – Walder Wyss acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG and Zürcher Kantonalbank as mandated lead arrangers in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Iconia Group, led by Deutsche Invest Capital Solutions, Germany together with co-investors, via a Swiss acquisition company.

Iconia is a multidisciplinary international company delivering vibrant creativity, engineering and production services across a wider range of markets and project types, from interior architecture to retail design, with a refreshed attitude inspired by new technologies and eco-sustainable solutions. The group counts a team of approx. 500 employees, distributed in the offices of Zurich and Lausanne (Switzerland), Turin and Padova (Italy), Dongguan (China) and Singapore.
