3 mai 2024 – At its meeting on 1 May 2024, the Federal Council submitted the amendment to the Transplantation Ordinance for consultation in order to implement the objection solution approved by the Swiss electorate in 2022. Among other things, a register is to be created in which an objection or consent to organ donation can be recorded. The electronic identity (e-ID), which should be available in 2026, will be used for identification in the register.
