10 mai 2024 – The system change from the delegation model to the prescription model for psychological psychotherapy in compulsory health insurance ("OKP") has led to an increase in costs in 2023. This is the key finding of the monitoring report commissioned by the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH). The increase in costs is estimated to be in the region of CHF 175 to 200 million. About half of the increase is due to the new, higher tariff.
