Walder Wyss advised 3VC on its investment in Aderis

Walder Wyss advised 3VC, a leading European venture capital investor, on its equity participation in Aderis AG, a Swiss corporation based in Zurich.

3VC is an Austrian-based venture capital fund focused on backing founders and technology-driven businesses across Europe. Through its investments, 3VC supports entrepreneurs in scaling their companies and accelerating international growth.

Aderis is an innovative Swiss company developing an AI-native «Live Finance Platform” that automates accounting, reconciliation, reporting and financial controls.

The investment by 3VC is intended to strengthen Aderis' product development, access to talent and expand its commercial reach.

Walder Wyss acted as legal counsel to 3VC in connection with the transaction. The Walder Wyss team was led by Luc Defferrard (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and included Erik Lanz (Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Hugh Reeves (Partner, IP).
