11. Dezember 2019 – In its decision of 26 November 2019, the Federal Administrative Court dismissed the appeal proceedings concerning changes to the hospital list for acute somatic care of the Canton of Berne. As the State Council of the Canton of Berne reconsidered its initial decision and granted the appellant, a hospital in the Canton of Berne, a performance mandate in the field “BEW8.1 specialized spine surgery” for a limited period until 30 June 2022, the appellant withdrew its appeal.
