25. November 2021 – After reviewing the data submitted in the last few days, Swissmedic is adapting the summary of product characteristics for the Covid-19 mRNA vaccine from Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty®). This clears the way for a wider use of the booster vaccine. Particularly at-risk individuals can continue to receive booster vaccination from the age of 12.
