8. Dezember 2021 – Walder Wyss acted as Swiss legal counsel for Alloy Therapeutics Inc., a Boston based biotechnology ecosystem company, in the acquisition of deepCDR Biologics AG. deepCDR Biologics AG is a privately held Basel based developer of deep learning technology for antibody discovery and optimization.

The Walder Wyss team comprised Alexander Gutmans (Partner, Corporate/M&A and Venture Capital), Michelle Bruni (Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A and Tax), Karina Tschon (Associate, Corporate/M&A and Venture Capital) as well as Bojan Momic (Associate, Employment).
