20. Oktober 2023 – From the coming weeks until April 2024, the army pharmacy will replace the iodine tablets in all households as well as in businesses and public institutions within a radius of 50 km around Swiss nuclear power plants. This measure corresponds to the Ordinance on the Provision of Iodine Tablets to the Public, which the Federal Council enacted on 1 March 2014.
