8. November 2023 – Walder Wyss acted as counsel to EBD Irradiation Services AG, a Ionisos group company, in relation to its migration to the debt platform of 3i Investments plc. Ionisos is a leading European provider of outsourced terminal sterilisation and irradiation services for the medical device, pharmaceutical, and advanced application markets and is 96% owned by 3i Infrastructure plc (LSE: 3IN).
