Maurus Winzap ist Partner im und Leiter des Steuerteams und primär im nationalen und internationalen Unternehmenssteuerrecht tätig. Er berät eine breite Anzahl von Firmen- und Finanzkunden und verfügt über umfassende Erfahrung in sämtlichen Bereichen der Planung von M&A- und Private Equity-Transaktionen, strukturierten Finanzierungen, Reorganisationen, Zu- und Wegzügen, Kapitalmarkttransaktionen, kollektiven Kapitalanlagen und Management-Incentive-Programmen. Zudem konzentriert er sich auf die Beratung von High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices und Unternehmen im Zusammenhang mit der Nachfolge- und Nachlassplanung.

Maurus Winzap ist Mitglied des Executive Committee der International Fiscal Association (IFA) und Mitglied des Vorstands der Schweizerischen Vereinigung für Steuerrecht (Schweizerische Landesgruppe der IFA). Er referiert und publiziert regelmässig in seinen Fachbereichen.

Geboren 1972, studierte Maurus Winzap an der Universität Zürich (lic. iur. 1997) und an der Universität Virginia (LL.M. 2002). Er erwarb 1999 das Anwaltspatent und qualifizierte sich 2004 als Steuerexperte.
