19. Dezember 2024 – Walder Wyss advised Ronal AG as borrower in connection with a Swiss law-governed EUR 155 million credit facilities agreement with UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, original lender and agent and a syndicate of banks as original lenders.
