26. März 2025 – Sandoz, a global leader in the generics and biosimilars markets successfully placed EUR 500m senior guaranteed Eurobonds listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The bonds are issued by Sandoz Finance B.V. and guaranteed by Sandoz Group AG (SIX: SDZ). Société Générale, HSBC and Citigroup acted as Active Joint Lead Managers. BofA Securities, Mizuho and SEB acted as Passive Joint Lead Managers.
