7. Mai 2025 – Walder Wyss acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, agent and lender, as well as to a syndicate of banks in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Groupe Leuba SA, by BPM Switzerland SA, part of the French automotive distribution BPM Group.

BPM Group is a major player in the specialised distribution of passenger cars, vans and trucks, as well as motorcycles, agricultural and construction equipment across 161 sites in France, Monaco and Switzerland. Founded in 1946 in Yverdon, Groupe Leuba SA was part of a family-owned Vaud-based group with 11 garages in the cantons of Vaud, Neuchâtel and Jura.
