22. Mai 2025 – Walder Wyss acted as counsel to Sequotech SA and its subsidiaries in connection with a multicurrency credit facilities agreement for Sequotech Group with UBS Switzerland AG, as mandated lead arranger, coordinator, agent, security agent and original lender as well as Migros Bank AG and Zürcher Kantonalbank as original lenders. Sequotech is a group of specialized IT services companies, including dbi services SA, UDITIS SA, exxo it-services AG, avency GmbH, EVOK (Altern8 SA), sumIT AG and ProCloud AG. The Sequotech group is owned by multi-family office Verium AG and Sequotech’s management team.
