27. Oktober 2025 – Valtronic Group, an electronics supplier with over 40 years of experience in developing, industrializing and manufacturing innovative medical and diagnostic devices, signed an agreement to sell two subsidiaries with production sites in the US and Morocco to the Cicor Group (SIX Swiss Exchange: CICN). The Cicor Group is a global provider of comprehensive electronic solutions, covering everything from research and development to manufacturing and supply chain management. The closing of the transaction is subject to standard closing conditions.
