ZI Zenith S.à r.l., an European indirect subsidiary of funds managed and/or advised by the leading global private equity investor Advent International, L.P., has successfully completed its public tender offer for all publicly held shares in u-blox Holding AG (SIX: UBXN), a global provider of leading positioning and wireless communication technologies. Following fulfilment of all offer conditions, ZI Zenith settled the offer and paid the offer consideration of CHF 135 per share to all shareholders who tendered their shares.
