ReeVo S.p.A., a Milan-based European Cloud Provider and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), has acquired the Lugano-based Security Lab Group, one of the leading Swiss cybersecurity players, with hundreds of active customers.

This transaction expands ReeVo’s geographic coverage to Switzerland, enhances its Red Team Cyber Security services, and strengthens its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice, while amplifying digital sovereignty opportunities for its customers and overall market prospects. WalderWyss advised ReeVo on the transaction in collaboration with the Italian law firm Giovannelli e Associati.
