Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich – CHF 445 million credit facilities agreement

Walder Wyss has advised Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich, represented by IPZ Property AG, as borrower in connection with a CHF 445 million Swiss law-governed syndicated credit facilities agreement. Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as coordinator, agent, mandated lead arranger, security agent and original lender, with Luzerner Kantonalbank and Liechtensteinische Landesbank serving as mandated lead arrangers and original lenders.
Based in Dübendorf, IPZ Property AG is the development company responsible for the structural and conceptual advancement of the Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich. On the site of Switzerland's first airport, close to the city of Zurich, the Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich serves as a major innovation hub, forging connections and collaboration between science and industry with a focus on robotics & future mobility, space & aviation and advanced materials & manufacturing.
