Liechtensteinisches Pfandbriefinstitut AG - Liechtensteiner Pfandbriefe Programme

On 25 March 2026, Liechtensteinisches Pfandbriefinstitut AG has established a program for the issuance of Liechtensteiner Pfandbriefe issued by Liechtensteinisches Pfandbriefinstitut AG. The Liechtensteiner Pfandbriefe issued under the program will be indirectly backed by a portfolio of mortgages in accordance with the Liechtenstein Pfandbrief Act.

On 24 April 2026, Liechtensteinisches Pfandbriefinstitut AG successfully closed its inaugural issuance of Liechtensteiner Pfandbriefe under the program in an aggregate principal amount of CHF 250 million, consisting of CHF 150 million Liechtensteiner Pfandbriefe with a coupon of 0.65% due April 2031 and CHF 100 million Liechtensteiner Pfandbriefe with a coupon of 0.90% due April 2036. The Liechtensteiner Pfandbriefe are governed by Swiss law, have been assigned a 'Aaa' rating by Moody’s and will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The transaction was led by UBS AG as Lead Manager and LGT Bank AG and Liechtensteinische Landesbank Aktiengesellschaft as Managers.
