On 25 June 2026, Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Idorsia Ltd (SIX: IDIA), a Swiss biopharmaceutical company specialised in the discovery, development, and commercialisation of innovative molecules, closed a senior secured financing for up to CHF 250 million from funds managed by Pharmakon Advisors, LP, a leading investor in non-dilutive debt for the life sciences industry and the investment manager of the BioPharma Credit funds.
