Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE: ANDG) has completed the acquisition of Andersen Suisse Ltd, an affiliated member of the Andersen global network that was previously owned by private shareholders. Andersen Suisse Ltd includes Andersen Tax & Consulting Ltd, a Swiss tax advisory business.

The acquisition forms part of Andersen Group’s broader strategy to accelerate its global expansion through the integration of affiliated and non-affiliated entities in strategically important jurisdictions. The addition of Andersen Suisse further strengthens the Group’s presence in Switzerland and enhances its ability to deliver integrated and seamless tax and advisory services to clients across international markets.
