Walder Wyss advised the sellers in all legal aspects in connection with the sale of Plancal Group to Trimble Europe B.V. in an auction process, which through it's Swiss subsidiary Trimble Holding GmbH acquired all the shares in Plancal Holding AG.

The Walder Wyss team included Didier Sangiorgio (Partner, IPIT), Markus Vischer (Partner, M&A), Lucas Hänni (Managing Associate, M&A), Gion Giger (Associate, Competition Law) and Barbara A. Keiser (Associate, Corporate).
