Covidien acquires Oridion Systems Ltd./Delisting of Oridion Systems Ltd.

25 June 2012 – We advised Oridion Systems Ltd. as Swiss legal counsel in the course of its acquisition by Covidien for a purchase price of USD 310 million and the subsequent delisting from SIX Swiss Exchange.

Walder Wyss’ team was headed by partner Francis Nordmann who was assisted by Lucas Hänni, Dan Schmelzer and David Borer. The merger was effected on 26 June 2012.
