11 June 2013 – High Court of Nidwalden lifts ex-parte injunction obtained by private TV broadcaster 3+ with immediate effect

The High Court of Nidwalden set aside the ex-parte injunction sought by the TV broadcaster 3+ prohibiting publication of the data of the Mediapulse TV panel. The decision has immediate effect. Hence, the data on the audience share may now be published. The board of Mediapulse will decide on the timing of publication in the coming days.
