Adello merges with HStreaming

16 October 2013 – Adello Group AG, a Swiss based mobile advertising marketer active in various European countries, merges with HStreaming Inc, a US based company leading in low-latency Big Data analytics.

Walder Wyss acted as Swiss legal and tax advisors to Adello. The team included Florian Gunz Niedermann (Partner, Corporate/M&A), Maurus Winzap (Partner, Tax) and Peter Hongler (Associate, Tax).
