Baloise sells its subsidiaries in Croatia and Serbia

4 November 2013 – The Baloise Group is selling its businesses in Croatia and Serbia to the Austrian UNIQA Group. Representatives of the two companies have signed a purchase agreement for EUR 75 million.

Walder Wyss has advised UNIQA in the transaction. The team was led by Markus Vischer (partner, Corporate/M&A) and further included Lucas Hänni (managing associate, Corporate/M&A) and Samuel Lieberherr (associate, Corporate).
