7 January 2014 – NZZ Media Group acquires itonex AG, the operator of the business information platform Moneyhouse, from its owner Michael Schuler. Moneyhouse is the digital leader in commercial register and company data in Switzerland. The site is one of the ten most visited Swiss commercial websites and records over two million visitors per month.
