20 March 2014 – On 21 March 2014, private equity investor Behrman Capital acquired through its subsidiary ILC Dover, Inc. Swiss based JetSolutions SA, a company well established in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry active in powder and liquid mixing, process equipment, high containment systems, turnkey installations and after sales services.

Walder Wyss acted as legal advisor to Behrman/ILC with respect all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction.
