ING sells Designer Outlet Landquart

24 March 2015 – ING Real Estate has sold the Designer Outlet Landquart to a special purpose vehicle (SPV) established by a London based investment fund. Following this transaction, the former owner of the real estate, the Swiss company ING Real Estate Development Alpenrhein AG, Zurich, will be dissolved and liquidated.

Walder Wyss advised ING in the transaction. The team was led by Lucas Hänni (Counsel, Corporate/M&A) und further included Markus Vischer (Partner, Corporate/M&A), Ueli Sommer (Partner, Employment), Magda Streuli-Youssef (Partner, IP/IT), Gion Giger (Managing Associate, IP/IT), Andrea Hauser (Associate, IP/IT), Ralph Imoberdorf (Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Matthias F.
