Courion acquires Bay31

18 May 2015 – Courion, the market leading provider of intelligent identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions, has acquired Swiss based Bay31 AG, an innovative provider of advanced access governance solutions.

Walder Wyss advised Courion in the transaction. The team was led by Markus Vischer (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Lucas Hänni (Counsel, Corporate/M&A) and further included Samuel Klaus (Associate, IP/IT), Janine Corti (Associate, Tax) and Christian Hagen (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
