17 August 2015 – netrics hosting AG, Biel, acquires from Garaio AG, Bern the majority in Lyss-based in4U AG. With this acquisition two leading Swiss ICT provider join their forces with complementary competencies in the sectors IT Outsourcing and Cloud Computing. Garaio AG remains a substantial shareholder in in4U AG.
