IRC acquires majority in Transa

31 August 2015 – On 1 September 2015 International Retail Corporation SA, Givisiez (IRC) acquired a majority stake in Transa Backpacking AG, Zurich, a leading Swiss supplier of Outdoor Equipment, from the founders and other shareholders. Globetrotter Holding AG remains second largest shareholder in Transa. IRC is owned by Beat Zaugg, co-shareholder of Scott Corporation SA, Givisiez.
