Merger at myfactory Software Schweiz

31 May 2016 – myfactory Holding GmbH, Munich, the manufacturer of a modern web-based ERP cloud software and its Swiss distributor, myfactory Software Schweiz, have merged to create a leading ERP cloud providor in the DACH region.

Nikolaus Wein Corporate Finance acted as M&A advisor to myfactory Software Schweiz and Walder Wyss advised the Swiss distributor in all corporate and tax aspects of the merger. The team was headed by Luc Defferrard (Partner, Corporate M&A) and included Samuel Dürr (Partner, Tax) and Simon Kehl (Managing Associate, Corporate M&A).
