Crowdhouse.ch wins NZZ real estate innovation award

28 November 2016 – Swiss real estate crowd funding platform and startup crowdhouse.ch has won this year's NZZ real estate days innovation award. The jury and participants have selected crowdhouse.ch as winner out of 12 competing projects and were impressed by the platform's deal flow (11 completed transactions to date with a deal volume of CHF 54 million).

Walder Wyss AG acts as advisor to crowdhouse.ch in all legal aspects since the early stage. The team is led by Francis Nordmann (Partner, Real Estate) and further includes Thomas Müller (Partner, Reguatory), as well as Fabian Glässer (Associate, Real Estate).
