Acquisition of a housing cooperative

14 February 2018 – Walder Wyss has advised a buyer on the acquisition of a housing cooperative whose purpose it is to promote non-profit housing construction and construction, leasing and sale of affordable housing.

The Walder Wyss team has been led by Markus Vischer (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and further included Dario Galli (Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Carmen Spichiger (Trainee Lawyer, Corporate/M&A).
