19 July 2018 – On 12 July 2018, Medbase Romandie SA, a company of the Migros Group, acquired a majority interest in Groupe Médical Synergie SA. With this acquisition, Medbase continues its expansion strategy in the French part of Switzerland, adding an important medical center in Lausanne.
