Spirig Pharma completed the sale of its industrial site in Egerkingen to Omya

11 October 2018 – On 9 October 2018 Spirig Pharma, a Nestlé subsidiary, completed the sale of its industrial site in Egerkingen to Omya.

Walder Wyss advised Spirig Pharma with respect to this transaction. The Walder Wyss team was led by Nicolas Iynedjian (Corporate/Real Estate) and Jan Ole Luuk (Tax).
