Spirig Pharma completed the sale of its Cosmosphere business to Omya

29 November 2018 – On 30 November 2018, Spirig Pharma, a Nestlé subsidiary, completed the sale of its Cosmosphere business in Egerkingen to Omya.

Walder Wyss advised Spirig Pharma with respect to this transaction. The Walder Wyss team was composed of Nicolas Iynedjian (Corporate/Real Estate), Jan Ole Luuk (Tax) and Hugh Reeves (IP/IT).
