Open Mineral raises USD 5.5m in a Series B Financing Round

10 January 2019 – Open Mineral, a Switzerland-based provider of an online commodities trading platform, raised USD 5.5m in Series B funding led by Emerald Technology Ventures.

Walder Wyss acted as legal advisor to Open Mineral in this transaction. The team was led by Florian Gunz Niedermann (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and further included Timon Nydegger (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
