Areas of activity: Corporate / M&A Start-ups & Venture Capital

Timon Nydegger is a managing associate in the Corporate/M&A-team of Walder Wyss. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as incentive schemes for employees (ESOP). In addition, he advises clients on all matters of general contract and corporate law and supports them regarding corporate governance.

Timon Nydegger studied at the Universities of Zurich, Lausanne and Bejing (MLaw UZH 2014). Before joining Walder Wyss in 2018, he gained working experience as a law clerk at the District Court of Bulach as well as a trainee at the Swiss Competition Commission (ComCo) and at another leading law firm in Zurich.

Timon Nydegger's professional languages are German and English. He also speaks French. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and is admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
