28 February 2019 – BAWAG Group acquired Zahnärztekasse AG from the EOS Group. Zahnärztekasse AG, headquartered in Wädenswil, is a leading dental factoring market player offering dental financing products and services. This entity complements BAWAG Group’s business model by providing a bolt-on opportunity for retail and SME business growth as well as expansion into Switzerland.
