4 April 2019 – Audacia Holding SA acquired on 5 April 2019 hsb & partners SA and B&B Labels Sàrl from private shareholders. The acquired companies specialise in the manufacture, promotion and sale of stickers (stickerkid and stickeryeti). Audacia is to further the development of the business of these companies on the B2C and B2B markets.
