30 June 2019 – On 27 June 2019, Clinique Matignon Suisse SA was sold to CMDM Holding AG, an affiliate of the Dermedis Group. Dermedis is specialised in the medical-cosmetic skin treatment and sale of premium cosmetic products in Germany and Switzerland. In connection with the sale, the private individual shareholders of Clinique Matignon Suisse made a re-investment in Dermedis, a group managed by Rigeto Unternehmerkapital GmbH.
