7 August 2019 – Ultima Capital SA, a company in the luxury accommodation and real estate sector, was listed on the BX Swiss Stock Exchange with a private placement of more than CHF 50 million.

Ultima Capital SA owns 12 real estate properties with over 30 luxury chalets and residences located in Gstaad, Schönried, Crans-Montana, Geneva, Megève and Courchevel through its subsidiaries and its services are directed at wealthy upscale travellers. Prior to the IPO of Ultima Capital SA, a reorganisation was conducted and real estate assets with a value of several hundred millions of Swiss francs were transferred to Ultima Capital SA.
