1 September 2019 – Heng Ruy AG with its registered seat in Zug, Switzerland, a subsidiary of the furniture manufacturer Zhejiang Henglin Chair Industry Co., Ltd, with its registered seat in Anji, Zhejiang, China, acquired from the two former shareholders, Alfred Lienhard and Franziska Lienhard Nava, all Shares in the Swiss traditional company FFL Holding AG with its registered seat in Degersheim, Switzerland. On August 22, 2019 the transactions contemplated by the Share Purchase Agreement were successfully consummated. FFL Holding AG forms together with several other group companies, inter alia Lista Office Group AG, the «Lista-Office-Group». The «Lista-Office-Group» plans and organizes offices and further trades office furniture and office equipment.
