19 September 2019 – Blue Sail Medical Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese medical device company, listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange, has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire NVT AG. NVT is privately owned company and develops, manufactures and markets medical devices for interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery for minimally invasive treatment of valvular heart disease. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
