13 October 2019 – Walder Wyss advised Suntel Group on its acquisition of EnKom AG. Suntel Group provides comprehensive services in mobile and fixed telecommunication infrastructure and with the acquisition further strengthens its capacities for construction and implementation of state-of-the-art network technologies such as cloud solutions, AI, IoT, or 5G.
