Swiss Life: CHF 600 mio. inaugural senior green bonds

5 November 2019 – Swiss Life Holding Ltd has successfully placed three tranches of senior green bonds in the aggregate amount of CHF 600 Mio. with maturity in 2021, 2025 and 2029, respectively. The proceeds will be used in line with the newly established Swiss Life Green Bond Framework, which is focused on real estate.

Walder Wyss acts as legal counsel to Swiss Life on this transaction. The team is lead by Markus Pfenninger (Partner, Finance) and includes Maurus Winzap (Partner, Tax), Ramona Wyss (Managing Associate, Finance/Energy) and Roger Hofer (Associate, Finance).
